Built in 2005, the temple takes on the colours of blue and gold, blue representing Dharma in tribute to Buddha. There are two imposing statues as you arrive at the temple and as you enter, you will be greeted by a beautiful temple which sits in the middle of this 6 acres of land.

Take a walk inside the temple to truly marvel at the masterpiece, as the walls and ceilings are decorated in fine art, making this temple one of the most unique in Chiang Rai.

As with all temples, visitors should remember to dress conservatively and cover knees, shoulders and midriffs before entering the temple, and they should also remove their shoes.

You can get to the temple easily by scooter, simply take Highway 1 north, cross the Kok River and there is a sign to the temple on your left about 350m after passing the river. You can also take a taxi which will cost around 100 THB. Make sure to have the driver wait, as there is not much else around the temple and it may be difficult to get a ride back. 20 minutes should be sufficient time to spend here.
