There is no MRT or urban railway serving the mall.

From the Old City

From Tha Phae Gate, allow around 10–20 minutes by car in ordinary traffic.

From Chiang Mai Airport

The airport is on the opposite side of central Chiang Mai.

Do not confuse Central Chiangmai with Central Chiangmai Airport when booking transport.

For last-minute shopping immediately before a flight, Central Chiangmai Airport is geographically much more convenient.

From Arcade Bus Station

Arcade Bus Terminal is relatively close to Central Chiangmai.

The road journey can be around 5–10 minutes depending on traffic and exact terminal.

This makes the mall useful for travellers with several hours between long-distance buses and hotel check-in.

With substantial luggage, however, it may be easier to use luggage storage or accommodation rather than taking bags through the shopping centre.

Parking

Central Chiangmai has extensive car and motorcycle parking.

This is one of its advantages over shopping in the dense Old City.

Drivers should note where they entered and which parking zone they used because the complex is large.

Parking conditions and any validation requirements can change.
