Not to be missed are the incredible catfish species, recognised in the fishing community for their sheer power and strength. They pose an exciting challenge to catch! In the park, you’ll find the Amazonian Red Tailed Catfish, the local Mekong Giant Catfish, and several other predatory fish species that you can catch using live bait. If fly-fishing is more your cup of tea, they can cater to this too.
Aside from fishing, visitors are also welcome to relish in the tranquil fishing lake. As the only all-inclusive fishing experience offered in Chiang Mai, the park operators have thought of everything that you’ll need for a fun and memorable stay. There’s no need to worry about the equipment since they have world-class fishing gear for you to rent on site.
The Go Bee Fishing Park is open daily from 8am to 10:30pm. If you decide to stay in the bungalows, you can enjoy the privilege of using the fishing facilities 24 hours a day. It’s only a 15-minute drive from the Chiang Mai Airport and is located amongst stunning rice fields. Let them know if you’d like to arrange airport pickup.
