Beginners, as well as families travelling with children, should check out the 8 km rafting adventure. It takes you to waterways that are low to medium in height, making it easy to enjoy even if you’ve never been on a rafting expedition before. The 10 km rafting course is more exciting, with wilder rapids that pound through lush jungle. You may even see majestic elephants in and out of the river!

All trips begin with a comprehensive safety briefing, to familiarise visitors with the essential information you need for a comfortable journey. The rafting trips will be conducted by a licensed tour guide who is skilled with both first aid and rescue. All participants will also be given life jackets and helmets, which are mandatory to wear during the adventure.

Rafting operators offer various inclusions for the package such as air-conditioned transportation to and from your hotel, lunch, drinking water or coffee, insurance, and towel sets. At the end of each trip, you will be led to shower facilities where you can freshen up. There is also the option of combining the rafting trip with an ATV trip. If this is something that interests you, just let the tour operator know.

Visitors will need to bring a change of clothes since getting drenched is expected, but it’s all part of the fun! It’s best to wear a swimsuit underneath your clothing, although keep in mind that it isn’t recommended to wear only this as Thailand is a conservative country. Other things you should bring for whitewater rafting include sunscreen, a small backpack for your items, dry clothes, athletic shoes, and socks.
